Rosseti starts creating power supply circuit for Amur Gas Chemical Complex
The construction of infrastructure to connect the Amur Gas Chemical Complex, an anchor resident of Svobodny priority development area, to the main power grids has begun. Power engineers of Rosseti FGC UES will erect a 500 kV switching station "Khimkombinat" and four transmission lines with a total length of 12.4 km. When completed, the consumer will get 301 MW of power.

Rosseti FGC UES implements unique domestic solution to improve power quality in Trans-Baikal
The pilot project was implemented at Rosseti FGC UES's 220 kV Zhireken substation, which supplies power to the Trans-Baikal section of the Trans-Siberian Railway. An experimental prototype of a modular converter device developed by the company's own R&D center (JSC R&D Center FGC UES) was implemented at the facility. The tasks of the equipment are voltage stabilization and reduction of asymmetry and higher harmonics occurring in the power network of the traction railway transit.

Rosseti FGC UES expands nodal power center in Tula region to deliver electricity to new chemical plant
New switching equipment has been installed at the 220 kV Yasnopolyanskaya substation that supplies electricity to the Schekinsky district of the Tula Region. This has made a technical connection to the networks of the Shchekinoazot ammonia and urea production complex that is now under construction. The consumer will receive 40 MW of power.

Rosseti FGC UES deploys holistic energy-efficient solutions at biggest substation of Northern Kuzbass
An upgrade of Novo-Anzherskaya 500 kV substation, the key power supply center of the Kemerovo region, is now complete. This Rosseti FGC UES facility has been equipped with an intelligent cooling system for power autotransformers. The innovative solution will reduce power consumption for the substation's auxiliaries while maintaining high reliability of power supply to consumers.

Rosseti Upgraded the Power Supply Scheme for Border Areas of the Orenburg Region and Increased the Reliability of Power Transit to Kazakhstan
The main power distribution center was the reconstructed 220 kV Orskaya substation (250 MVA), to which 18 transmission lines were gradually reconnected. Investments of Rosseti FGC UES amounted to about 1 billion rubles. The project was implemented jointly with the System Operator.

Bryansk energy circle to solve power deficiency in the region
Rosseti FGC UES has built about 185 km of transmission lines, which, together with the previously existing trunk transits, makes it possible to form a ring system of power supply in the Bryansk region with a total length of 344 km. The key stage of the project was the construction of new 500 kV Beloberezhskaya substation with a capacity of 1002 MVA. Four operating substations were also reconstructed. The total investments exceeded 8.2 bn rubles.

Rosseti FGC UES provides extra power to BAM facilities in western Khabarovsk Territory
Rosseti FGC UES (FGC UES PJSC) modernized the Suluk 220 kV substation to increase the capacity of outgoing 35 kV transmission lines. This allowed for an additional output of 6.7 MW for railway transport facilities located in Verkhnebureinsky District of the Khabarovsk Territory. The substation's hookup peak amount is 7.2 MW.

Rosseti FGC UES to increase output 1.6-fold for United Metallurgical Company to expand existing production facilities
The main stage of refurbishment of the 500 kV Raduga substation has been completed to supply power to the new production facilities of the Vyksa plant of the United Metallurgical Company (OMK). The large-scale investment program that the company is implementing in Vyksa requires additional capacity. As a result, the connection volume will increase from 373.1 MW to 613.1 MW.

Rosseti FGC UES to augment power output for Russian Railways to amplify throughput capacity in Lower Volga Region
Rosseti FGC UES (FGC UES PJSC) has expanded the Liteynaya 220 kV substation in the Volgograd Region to connect the 110 kV line being built by Russian Railways. This will provide energy for the new traction station of the Privolzhskaya Railroad, through which two transport corridors pass: North – South and Kuzbass – Azov & Black Sea Basin Ports.

Rosseti Will Double Power Output to SUEK's Kuzbass Mines
Rosseti Group has started upgrading the 500 kV Novokuznetskaya substation to increase the connection capacity of SUEK’s mining enterprises from 60 to 123 MW. The power facility under the management of Rosseti FGC UES will be tooled up with digital automated emergency systems. Such work will help accelerate the development of the coal mining industry in the region.

Rosseti FGC UES completes refurbishment of one of Stavropol Territory's power centers – Prikumsk 330 kV substation
Rosseti FGC UES (FGC UES PJSC) has completed the reconstruction of the 330 kV Prikumsk substation, one of the largest in the Stavropol Territory. As a result, power supply reliability was improved in the eastern areas of Stavropol Territory with a total population of about 300,000 people, as well as in the industrial center of the region, Budennovsk, where Lukoil-Stavrolen chemical plant is located. The company's investment in the renovation of the substation amounted to more than 122 mn rubles.

Rosseti Group Completed the Largest Project in the Power Grid of the North-West
The solemn opening ceremony of the new Kola-Karelian transit was attended by Nikolay Shulginov, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Artur Parfenchikov, Head of the Republic of Karelia, and Andrey Ryumin, Director General of PJSC Rosseti. The complex of power transmission lines and substations forming a single chain with a length of more than 1,100 km, was created as part of the implementation of the trunk infrastructure upgrade and expansion national project. Rosseti Group’s total amount of investments exceeded 59 RUB bln.

Technical measures taken to increase throughput capacity of power bridge to Mongolia
Upgrades are now complete at Selenduma 220 kV substation that feeds power to the southern areas of Buryatia and central regions of Mongolia. The project has been implemented by Rosseti FGC UES jointly with the System Operator.
At the request of the Mongolian party, modern emergency control equipment was installed at the facility, allowing a 40% increase in the maximum allowable power flow in the Selenduma – Darkhan section, 100 MW up and to 345 MW.
